Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Minute rice - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- tomato juice
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- dash of sugar - 1 item
How to make rice meatballs:
Combine meat, rice, egg, onions, salt, pepper, sugar and 1/2 cup tomato juice in bowl. Form into balls and put in large skillet. Add remaining tomato juice. Cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.Recipe categories: Meat, Ground beef, Beef.
