Rhubarb crunch
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- oleo or butter - 1/3 c
- chopped rhubarb - 2 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Mix the first 6 ingredients together and pour into an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish. Top with the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream. By request of grandson Shaw Burmania.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
