Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • oatmeal - 3/4 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • oleo or butter - 1/3 c
  • chopped rhubarb - 2 c

How to make rhubarb crunch:

Mix the first 6 ingredients together and pour into an 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish. Top with the remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° to 375° for 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream. By request of grandson Shaw Burmania.
