Rhubarb custard pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- cold water - 1/2 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- cut up rhubarb - 3 c
- large or 3 small eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- Pour over the rhubarb in an unbaked pie crust
How to make rhubarb custard pie:
