  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item

  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • cut up rhubarb - 3 c
  • large or 3 small eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • Pour over the rhubarb in an unbaked pie crust

How to make rhubarb custard pie:
