Cranberry mousse
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- box strawberry Jell-O - 1 oz
- can cranberry sauce whole berry - 1 lb
How to make cranberry mousse:
Drain pineapple and reserve juice. Add juice to Jell-O. Stir in water. Heat to boiling until Jell-O is dissolved. Remove from heat. Add cranberry sauce, lemon juice and nutmeg. Refrigerate until thickened. Add sour cream, pineapple and nuts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Salads, Side dish.
