Rhubarb crunch
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- oatmeal - 3/4 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- cut up rhubarb - 4 c
- melted margarine or 1 stick - 1/2 c
How to make rhubarb crunch:
Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, cinnamon and margarine. Take half of that and put in a 9-inch baking dish. Reserve the other half for later. Take rhubarb and put over mixture in baking dish. Cook the white sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and water until thRecipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, American.
