Raw apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• milk - 1/3 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 3 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• oil
• cloves - 1 tsp
• black walnut flavoring - 1 tsp
• chopped apples - 3 c

How to make raw apple cake:

Mix together flour, sugar, salt and spices. Add oil, eggs and milk. Last add apples and nuts. Bake in loaf pan or regular size cake pan at 350° for 1 hour.

Note: If using plain flour, add 1 tablespoon soda and 1 tablespoon baking powder.
