Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- cream - 1/4 c
- hot water
- white sugar - 1 c
- oats - 1 c
- Cream sugar and butter until mixed good
How to make oatmeal cake:
Mix oats and hot water and set aside. Cream sugar and butter until mixed good. Add eggs, mixing with mixer, then add dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly with mixer, adding oats and water mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 350°.Topping:1 stick butter, melted1/2 c. brown sugar1/4 c. cream1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans1 c. coconut Mix all topping ingredients and boil 1 minute on stove.
