Pumpkin bars


Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- cloves - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- can pumpkin - 15 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- powdered sugar
- margarine, softened - 1/3 c
- pkg - 3 oz
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make pumpkin bars:
Frosting:2 c. powdered sugar1/3 c. margarine, softened3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened1 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Heat oven to 350°. Grease 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. In large bowl, blend all bar ingredients at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. In small bowl, combine frosting ingredients; beat until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
