Icebox cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 5 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• margarine
• ground raisins - 1 c

How to make icebox cookies:

Cream margarine and sugar together. Add eggs; mix. Add flour with soda and salt. Last, add vanilla, nuts and raisins. Makes 4 rolls. Wrap in waxed paper. Leave in refrigerator several hours. Slice and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350° about 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
