Raw apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• oil - 3/4 c
• soda
• raw apples, diced small - 4 c
• sugar pour over apples and let stand - 2 c

How to make raw apple cake:

Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt. Add sifted ingredients to apples with remaining ingredients. Mix together well and bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch size glass pan that has been greased and floured.
