  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • coconut - 1 c
  • oil
  • soda
  • allspice - 1/4 tsp
  • sliced and diced apples - 3 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl well. After well blended, pour into an ungreased tube pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°.
