My best zucchini bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 3 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- raw, unpeeled, grated zucchini coarsely packed - 3 c
How to make my best zucchini bread:
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, oil and vanilla. Blend together. Stir in squash. Sift dry ingredients and blend into creamed mixture. Fold in nuts. Bake in two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans which have been greased and floured. Bake at 350° fRecipe categories: Breads, Lunch/snacks, Quick breads.
