- white wine vinegar - 12 oz
- frozen raspberries, thawed - 1/4 c
- raspberry liqueur - 1/4 c
How to make raspberry vinegar:
Combine ingredients. Cover and let stand for 5 days or more at room temperature. Strain vinegar and pour into a sterilized bottle. Discard raspberries. Store vinegar at room temperature.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Berries, Raspberries.
