  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • white wine vinegar - 3 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, finely chopped - 1 item
  • slices bacon - 4 item
  • Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved - 2 pt

How to make brussels sprouts and bacon:

Steam sprouts 5 minutes or until tender. In a small skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble. Add onion to drippings in skillet. Saute 5 minutes or until tender. Cook, stirring until mixture boils. Stir in bacon. Pour over Brussels sprouts.
