Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- raisins - 2 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- pastry for double pie 9-inch pie
How to make raisin pie:
Combine raisins and water and boil 5 minutes. Blend sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt. Add to raisins and cook, stirring until clear. Remove from heat and stir in vinegar and margarine.
