Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- raisins - 2 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- square margarine - 1/3 item
How to make raisin pie:
Bring raisins, water and lemon juice to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Mix the sugar and flour and stir into boiling raisin mixture. Cook until clear and thick. Stir in the margarine and blend until melted. Pour into unbaked pie shell and cover with top shell. Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
