How to make raised doughnuts:
Scald milk. Add sugar, salt and butter. Cool. Dissolve yeast in water. Mix all ingredients; knead. Let rise until fully double in size. Roll out 1/2-inch thick; cut out. Let rise for 1 hour and deep fry.Glaze: powdered sugar milk vanilla Dip doughnuts in glaze while they are still warm.
