Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• soda - 1/2 tsp
• Wesson oil - 1 c
• peeled and sliced apples, cut in small chunks - 4 c

How to make apple cake:

Mix in bowl until moist; do not beat. Put in a greased and floured 11 x 13-inch pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
