Ingredients/Components
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1/4 c
- yeast - 1/2 pkg
- warm water - 3/4 c
How to make quick rolls:
Mix yeast in warm water; set aside. Mix other ingredients, then add yeast. Stir until well mixed. Set aside in warm place for 15 minutes. Drop into greased muffin pan. Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown. Makes 12 rolls.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, Yeast breads.
