- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- slices bread - 4 item
- mushrooms - 1 item
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage and egg casserole:
Brown and drain sausage. Beat eggs; add milk, salt, pepper and mustard. Place bread crumbs in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Crumble sausage over bread. Add cheese and mushrooms. Pour egg mixture over top.
