Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- mushrooms - 1 item
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped and sauteed - 1/4 item
- slices bacon, fried crisp and then chopped - 4 item
- grated cheese, Cheddar or Swiss - 1 c
How to make quiche lorraine:
Cover bottom of baking dish with bacon, onion and cheese. Cover with eggs and milk mixture. Bake in middle of oven at 350° for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Savory pies.
