  • milk - 2 c
  • flour - 1 item
  • butter - 1/8 lb
  • water - 1 c
  • grated carrot - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
  • mushrooms - 1 lb
  • beef bouillon cubes - 4 item

How to make mushroom soup:

Melt butter. Add onion. Cook 5 minutes. Cut mushrooms into small pieces. Add mushrooms, 1 cup water, salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes with carrots. Add beef bouillon cubes, 2 cups water and milk. Thicken with flour. Just before serving, add evaporated milk.
