Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 1 item
- butter - 1/8 lb
- water - 1 c
- grated carrot - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 lb
- beef bouillon cubes - 4 item
How to make mushroom soup:
Melt butter. Add onion. Cook 5 minutes. Cut mushrooms into small pieces. Add mushrooms, 1 cup water, salt and pepper. Cook 10 minutes with carrots. Add beef bouillon cubes, 2 cups water and milk.
