Cranberry-banana bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- baking powder
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- all-purpose flour
- fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped - 1 c
- very ripe mashed bananas
- large egg room temperature - 1 item
How to make cranberry-banana bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 1 loaf pan (or 3 small loaf pans) with nonstick cooking spray (or grease pans). In medium bowl, stir flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Stir in cranberries. In another bowl whisk remaining ingredients until smooth. Stir dry ingredients into banana mixture until just blended. Put into pan or pans. Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
