Ingredients/Components
- fresh strawberries - 2 pt
- small cans mandarin oranges - 2 item
- large containers Cool Whip - 2 item
- large cans pineapple chunks - 2 item
- pound cake - 1 item
- large cans fruit cocktail - 2 item
How to make punch bowl cake:
Dice 1/2 cake in small cubes. Place at the bottom of a large punch bowl. Drain canned fruit and layer. Rinse and cut strawberries; layer 1 pint strawberries. Cover the first layer with a tub Cool Whip; repeat these steps again.Variations: You may include fresh raspberries, blueberries, bananas and kiwi.
Optional: Sprinkle pecan or walnut chips on top, or coconut, or chocolate chips. Serve chilled. Enjoy!!
