  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 (30
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • can fruit cocktail, drained - 1 (30
  • large box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
  • large bag coconut or 2 cans - 1 item
  • large containers Cool Whip - 2 item

How to make punch bowl cake:

Mix cake mix according to package; bake in 2 layers.

Make pudding by directions on box. Crumble 1 layer of cake in bottom of punch bowl. Top with 1/2 pudding mix, 1/2 cherry pie filling, 1/2 fruit cocktail, 1/2 coconut, 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 nuts and 1 Cool Whip. Repeat, starting with layer of cake, crumbled. Add remaining ingredients in same sequence as before. Refrigerate until eaten.
