Pumpkin pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- pie crusts - 2 item
- evaporated milk 1 can milk plus enough milk to equal 2 c - 2 c
How to make pumpkin pie:
Bake pie crusts for 10 to 12 minutes. Mix dry ingredients. Mix into the pumpkin. Add eggs and milk. Mix with spoon. Pour 1/2 into each crust. Be careful not to overfill or to get mix on edges of pie crust. Bake 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Check after 30 minutes.
