- flour - 2 C
- sugar - 2 C
- beaten eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 C
- crushed pineapple with juice
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pkg
- soft margarine - 1/2 C
How to make pineapple cake:
Icing:1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 1/2 C. confectioners' sugar1/2 C. soft margarine1 tsp. vanilla Combine all cake ingredients in a large bowl. Mix by hand. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes in ungreased 13x9 pan.ICING: Beat ingredients well. Let the cake cool for 20 to 30 minutes before icing cake.
