Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 2 C
  • sugar - 2 C
  • beaten eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 C
  • crushed pineapple with juice
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • pkg
  • soft margarine - 1/2 C

How to make pineapple cake:

Icing:1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 1/2 C. confectioners' sugar1/2 C. soft margarine1 tsp. vanilla Combine all cake ingredients in a large bowl. Mix by hand. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes in ungreased 13x9 pan.

ICING: Beat ingredients well. Let the cake cool for 20 to 30 minutes before icing cake.
