vanilla - 1 tsp

milk - 1 tsp
salt - 1/4 tsp
flour - 2 c
oil - 1 c
baking powder - 2 tsp
baking soda - 1 tsp
nuts - 1 c
stick butter - 3/4 item
powdered sugar - 2 c
pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
raisins optional - 1 c
can pumpkin - 1 oz

How to make pumpkin cake:

Frosting:3 oz. pkg. cream cheese3/4 stick butter1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. milk Mix all ingredients. Bake on 14 x 11-inch cookie sheet with sides at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

Mix frosting; put on cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cake is also good with no frosting.
