Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- frozen strawberries - 1 item
How to make pudding cake:
Mix ingredients until well blended. Pour into a 9 x 9 square pan, greased and floured or double the ingredients and use a 9 1/2 x 13 pan or Bundt pan.Preheat oven to 325° and bake until toothpick comes out clean, about 30 to 45 minutes.
Topping: Slice and sweeten or thaw frozen strawberries to pour over top. You can also use chocolate pudding sauce or Hershey's chocolate syrup.
