  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • lemon - 1 tsp

How to make pound cake:

Cream butter, Crisco and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and milk. Add baking powder to flour. Add vanilla and lemon. Bake in a tube pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
