- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make cheesy potato casserole:
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water, about 30 minutes or tender. Chill. Peel and grate potatoes. Combine cheese, milk and 2 tablespoons butter in microwave until butter and cheese melt. Remove and stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Fold cheese mixture into potatoes. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
