Glazed sweet potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1/3 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- medium sweet potatoes, cooked and sliced - 4 item
How to make glazed sweet potatoes:
In skillet, mix gelatin, cinnamon, water and salt. Add margarine. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Place sweet potatoes in an oiled or buttered baking dish. Pour mixture over potatoes. Cover loosely and cook in moderate oven for 15 minutes or until sweet potatoes are glazed. Yields four servings, about 235 calories per serving.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
