Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar
- pecans - 1 c
- melted butter or margarine - 1/3 c
- stick butter or margarine, melted - 1/3 item
- sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1/3 c. melted butter or margarine1 c. pecans Mix well. Pour into buttered pan. Crumble topping over potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
