- medium potatoes, cooked - 6 item
How to make potatoes au gratin:
Sauce:4 Tbsp. butter1/2 tsp. salt4 Tbsp. flour2 c. milk pepper Butter baking dish. Blend sauce ingredients. Layer potatoes, cheese and sauce mixture in baking dish. Bake at 350° until cheese melts and bubbles.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
