Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- salt
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- cheese - 1/2 lb
- onion - 1/2 c
- cooked potatoes - 4 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Cook onion in butter over low heat. Add flour, salt and pepper. Stir until blended. Stir in milk. Return to heat to cook, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove. Put layer of potatoes, onions and sauce. Repeat. Put cheese on top. Cook for 20 minutes at 350° or until cheese melts or browns.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
