- salt - 1/4 tsp
- melted butter - 1 item
- seasoned coating mix for chicken - 1 pkg
- unpeeled potatoes, cut into 1-inch wedges - 4 item
How to make potato wedges:
Pour coating mix and salt in plastic or paper bag. Dip potatoes in melted butter. Shake in bag. Place potatoes on well-greased baking sheet. Bake at 325° for 55 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Potato.
