  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • all-purpose flour - 2 c
  • crushed pineapple - 1 c

How to make pineapple nut bread:

Beat eggs with sugar. Stir in melted butter. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Add chopped nuts and undrained pineapple. Stir just enough to combine. Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
