- sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
How to make pineapple nut bread:
Beat eggs with sugar. Stir in melted butter. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Add chopped nuts and undrained pineapple. Stir just enough to combine. Pour into well-greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
