Chicken cashew casserole
Ingredients/Components
- cashew nuts - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- minced onion - 1/4 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- diced chicken - 2 c
- chicken broth or water - 1/2 c
- large can Chinese noodles - 1 item
How to make chicken cashew casserole:
Dilute soup with water or broth. Add diced chicken, onion, celery, nuts and 2/3 cup of noodles. Mix all together. Sprinkle rest of noodles over top and bake at 325° until bubbly and toasted.
