- self-rising flour - 1/4 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- potato wedges - 1 item
- Coating:1 stick margarine
How to make potato wedges:
Coating:1 stick margarine1/2 c. Parmesan cheese1/4 c. self-rising flour1 tsp. celery salt1 tsp. garlic salt1 tsp. parsley flakes salt and pepper Wash potato wedges and dry. Mix all ingredients for the coating. Shake coating and wedges in paper bag. Use small amount of oil to fry wedges.
