Sour cream enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- grated onion - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- small can diced green chilies - 1 item
- large sour cream - 1 item
How to make sour cream enchiladas:
Mix all ingredients together. Pour a little in bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Fill 6 to 8 flour tortillas with generous amount of mixture. Roll up and place in pan. Pour remaining mixture over top. Top with grated Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Option: 1 cup cooked diced chicken can be added to tortillas when rolling them up for a heartier meal.
