Ingredients/Components
- salt
- butter - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- medium, white, boiled potatoes - 10 item
How to make potato squares:
Boil potatoes in jackets until fork-tender. Cool. Peel and grate. Melt oleo over low heat. Stir in cheese. Add mixture to potatoes along with sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Turn into a greased, shallow 3-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until heated through. Cut into squares to serve.
