Zucchini casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 6 tsp
- grated carrots - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium zucchini - 2 item
- hamburger, browned - 1 lb
- cooked stuffing
How to make zucchini casserole:
Boil zucchini until tender; drain. Brown onion and carrots in frypan with butter. Combine zucchini, carrots, onion, stuffing and hamburger and stir well. Mix sour cream and soup well and mix with the rest. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
