Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- celery seed - 1 item
- stalks celery, diced small - 2 item
- small onion, diced small - 1 item
- medium cooked potatoes, mashed slightly - 5 item
How to make potato soup:
Mix cooked, mashed potatoes with milk. Stir in flour; stir until blended. Cook until hot and slightly thick over medium heat. Let sit for a few minutes. Serve sprinkled with celery seed.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
