Ingredients/Components

• butter - 4 Tbsp
• water - 3 c
• Velveeta cheese - 1 c
• can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
• dash of garlic salt - 1 item
• onion, chopped and sauteed - 1 item
• or 7 potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked - 6 item

How to make potato soup:

Saute onion in butter. To cooked potatoes, add all ingredients except cheese and heat. Add the cup of Velveeta cheese and 2 soup cans of milk. Heat and serve.
