Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stalk celery, sliced - 1 item
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- medium size potatoes, sliced, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces - 6 item
- large carrot, pared - 1 item
- can evaporated milk Milnot - 1 oz
How to make potato soup:
Put all ingredients except milk in pan. Cover and cook on low until potatoes are tender. Stir in milk the last 15 minutes. I take potato masher and crush into small pieces.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
