Potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- water - 7 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- chicken bouillon cubes - 10 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- milk - 2 c
- cubed Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- small cans white chicken, drained - 2 item
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make potato soup:
In large pot, bring water to boil. Add frozen vegetable mix and broccoli; return to boil. Add frozen hash browns, bouillon cubes and onion. Simmer 3 minutes. Add chicken soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and white chicken. Stir until cheese is melted. Serves 10 to 15.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
