Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 2 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- dried parsley flakes - 3 Tbsp
- sliced celery - 1 c
- coarsely chopped onions - 1 c
- peeled, cubed potatoes - 4 c
How to make potato soup:
Cook potatoes, onion, salt and celery in 2 cups water about 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Mash with a potato masher and cook, stirring constantly, until soup is hot and thickened.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
