Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- large potatoes - 6 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- large onion - 1 item
- slices bacon or ham bone - 3 item
How to make potato soup:
Dice up potatoes into small pieces. Add water to cover potatoes and add salt. Add onion and bacon or ham. Cook until potatoes are done. Then add a can of evaporated milk. Let cook another 10 minutes on a low heat.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
