Potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- water - 3 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 5 item
- seasoned salt - 3/4 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, sliced - 2 item
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- rosemary, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- medium potatoes, cubed - 6 item
How to make potato soup:
Saute celery and onion in butter in a large Dutch oven until tender. Add potatoes, water, bouillon cubes, seasoned salt, rosemary, garlic powder and black pepper. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat and mash potatoes. Add milk and cheese; cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
