Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- water - 3 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- 4 oz - 1 c
- seasoned salt - 3/4 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, sliced - 2 item
- carrots, sliced - 2 item
- medium potatoes, cubed - 6 item
- chicken flavored bouillon cubes - 5 item
How to make potato soup:
Saute celery and onion in butter in a large Dutch oven until tender. Add next 7 ingredients. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat and mash vegetables with a potato masher. Add milk and cheese. Put on burner and stir until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Potato, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
